Tennessee Wesleyan has some fun events/convocations and important things for you to know about and attend in the last few weeks, starting April 13 – May 9.
The events include:
- “Cookies and Cocoa” on April 13 from 8pm to 9pm in Fowler Lobby
- “Refresh and Relax” on April 15 from 1;30pm to 3pm in Keith Lobby
- “DIY Nacho Bar” on April 15 from 7pm to 8pm in Burketts
- “Dodgeball Tournament” on April 15 from 7pm to 9pm in the gymnasium
Research Day (no classes) on April 16
- “1st Annual Undergraduate Student Showcase” on April 16: Schedule
- “Job Fair & Expo” on April 16 from 10am to 3pm at 2345 Denso Drive Athens, TN 37303
- “TWU at the Chattanooga Lookouts” on April 16 from 5pm to 9pm in Chattanooga at Erlanger Park (must sign up in Student Life)
- “Bonfire and S’mores” on April 16 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Nocatula Firepit
- “Laser Tag” on April 17 from 12pm to 2pm in Johnson Event Center (upstairs Colloms)
- “White Water Rafting” on April 18 from 10:30am to 3pm (must sign up in Student Life)
- “Final Exam Care Package” on April 20 from 6pm to 7pm in Wesley Commons Lobby
- Convocation: Honors Day on April 21 from 11am to 1pm in Townsend Auditorium
- “Goodbye and Good Luck” on April 21 from 6pm to 8pm in Miller Lobby
- “Spring Choral Concert” on April 21 from 7pm to 9pm at Allen Memorial UMC
- “Celebrate Earth Day” on April 21 from 8pm to 9pm in Wesley Commons Lobby

- “Commencement” on May 9 from 9am to 11am in Colloms Courtyard
Throughout the year, TWU has many different events and opportunities for students to connect with one another, one of which is Free Bowling Night at Classic Lanes in Athens, TN.
“… It’s nice to see some student[s] having fun,” says TWU Student, Nicko Bellot.
Estefania Garro states, “It’s nice to have a different way to socialize.”
“I had more fun socializing rather than actually bowling!” exclaimed Samantha DeGrace.
